What is KPI Module

KPI module helps our customers to define individual yearly , quarterly , monthly , weekly or daily KPIs for different entities of business . our goal to improve teams productivity and performance leading to more profits.

KPIs can be visualized on our BI dashboards , or simply you can dig deeper in KPI detailed report.

Limit

This option allows to specify a max cap for visits , for example if you want to create a KPI → a rep must visit all assigned clients twice a month then you can set a limit input to 2. for unlimited CAP you can set limit to 0 .

Time Cycle

Do you want to track your KPI on daily , weekly , monthly or Yearly basis ...

let us explain more , if you select daily time cycle and type visit , by the end of each day our system will calculate the actual visits vs the KPI value .

Filters

you can think of filters as the KPI rules , for example you can define 10 visits per month and each visit should not be less than 10 mins .

Or 10 visits per month and a rep must take a photo in each visit .

Examples

- 10 daily unique visits .

- 4 Unique visits per month. for a client tag "A"

- 4 Unique visits per month. for a client tag "A" OR client tag "B"

- 4 Unique visits per month. for a client tag "A" AND Visit duration should be at least 10 Minutes

-10 Unique visits per month. On each visit your rep should take 2 photos with "Product A" photo tag

10 visits per week , each visit your rep should fill a note. Each client can be visited max. 2 times per week (limit)

-10 visits per week , each visit your rep should execute an audit. Each client can be visited max. 2 times per week (limit)

-Coverage target : Reps should visit (unique) all their assigned clients per month.

As you notice we changed target value to Assigned to → which means our system will automatically figure out how many clients are assigned to each rep and set their visits targets according to that .

example : Rep A has 100 assigned clients , our system will start observing Rep A actual visits and compare it to 100 .

-Reps should visits (unique) all their assigned clients twice per month.
