in order to activate frequency module you need to do few steps
1- Goto settings => Clients => Classifications
Click Add Classification
Choose a name for your client's classification for example ( A ) or ( B )
Click Save
2- Goto settings again => Clients => Product Lines
Click Add Product Line
Choose a name for your Product line for example ( Blood pressure ) or (Diabetes)
Click Save
Now we need to define each product line and classification for each Client
3- Goto Clients -> Select Tab (Product Lines Target )
Click Edit (pencil icon)
now you can click Add product line target
choose a product line and classification for this client
lets assume you have a GP doctor
therefore you want to add multiple product lines with different classifications as the following
Product Lines | Classification |
Blood Pressure | A |
Diabetes | B |
- in the above example you define multiple lines with their classes for a one customer
This way it would give you the flexibility to create simple or complex frequencies for your Clients .
4- now go to side menu => Representatives
Choose a representative
Then goto Lines
Add Product lines assign to this representative ( for example Rep A will work on Blood pressure product line )
That means This Rep has to visit all clients that is already associated with the same product line
5- Finally Goto Settings => client => Target Lines
Click Add Line Target
Choose Line & Class & Frequency
Line | Classification | Target Number |
Blood Pressure | A | 4 |
Diabetes | A | 4 |
Blood Pressure | B | 3 |
Diabetes | B | 3 |
In the above example we created a generic frequency , for example All Clients that have Blood Pressure Line and their classification on that line is A they have to be visited 4 times / month
Let's say i have an exceptions , for example a specific doctor that has Blood Pressure Line and A Class has to be visited 3 times a month only . we can do that as an example in the table bellow :
Click on Add Rep Or Client and choose client
Line | Classification | Target Number | Client |
Blood Pressure | A | 3 | Doctor X |
Diabetes | A | 2 | Doctor X |
As you see you can define generic and exceptions frequencies based on your business case .
